Residential building plant is a five-storied residential building. The house is trained hexagonally. The baths and cuisines in the apartments are ventilated. On the other hand, the staircases become be and ventilates. In figure 2 the control scheme is shown. The central control is freely programmable. So it is possible to retrieve and to change the parameters of any attached valve, ventilator or sensor. Figure 3 shows the rope scheme of the apartment ventilation. Figure 4 has the rope scheme of the corridor ventilating for the contents.
